Customer service is the true face of any airline. When a passenger goes the extra mile to pay about $650 for a ticket, the least they deserve is professionalism, respect, and clear communication. My experience with @ASKY_airlines in Abuja left me disappointed. The level of coordination and customer care simply did not reflect the standards travelers expect today. Staff interactions should make passengers feel valued, not dismissed or spoken to like children. Air travel is stressful enough, courtesy and organization should never be optional. I sincerely hope they reflect on this and improve their customer service culture for the sake of their customers. @theaadedewe sorry the madness bro. It can be very frustrating and painful

I barely call out brands but today I’m choosing to call out the brand and staff at @ASKY_airlines I thought nothing could be worse than AirPeace but I’ll say this clearly: Asky Airlines is the worst experience I’ve had flying. A thread. 🧵

Finally, I demand that @asky_airlines formally write up this line manager and issue a public apology. This staff member threatened to make me lose a flight I paid for, took zero accountability, and as of now my $650 has still not been refunded. This is unacceptable. Passengers deserve better.

I’ve honestly never had a great experience flying Asky, but today easily ranks as the most chaotic and unprofessional airport experience I’ve had. I would have said boycott @ASKY_airlines but it’s impossible because they are the chaotic system!
