@w1llthemarshal @ElectionMapsUK There's quite a lot of evidence to say they are, but it's just because a chunk of people voting for Reform were voting for them out of being a different party to the norm. With Polanski now being very public and all over the media, the Greens are seen as another of them.

@ElectionMapsUK Surely green aren’t taking votes off reform? How confused would you have to be to swing between those two

Russian Defense Ministry’s statement must be taken literally: the list of European facilities which make drones & other equipment is a list of potential targets for the Russian armed forces. When strikes become a reality depends on what comes next. Sleep well, European partners!

@JonathanPieNews Much to my frustration, in his defence that doesn’t state council tax. As ever it’s implied given its local campaigning, but that’s their whole gig, living in the grey areas. Announcements but not policy. Limits real scrutiny by design.

It's over for Reform. SDP alliance were on 50% before getting just 23 seats in 1981. The Reform decline seems unstoppable. No doubt some idiot will cherry-pick a poll that shows Reform doing better. So here is a graph of EVERY poll since the last election showing the clear trend.

@deGourlay Don’t underestimate the media desire for a simple narrative. They’ll spend the summer speculating on which Labour PM replaces Starmer. Then after conference season it’ll be: “Reform or Green: will our next government be more left or more right?” Tories must hope for coalition.

@moorcraftjohn @deGourlay @lukerobertblack Next month, it may be, but the response you got is that the bubble will burst for the greens, as it has with Reform. Both will do good in the locals, but by the time we get to a GE, the wide but unconcentrated support kills parties like those in FPTP.

@deGourlay @lukerobertblack If it’s over for Reform because they’re trending downwards, presumably it’s party time for the Greens because they’re trending upwards! Personally, I suspect there’s all to play for and anyone of at least 4 parties could yet crack the case!

🚨 NEW: Nigel Farage snapped at Sky's political editor Beth Rigby “we’re not North Korea, I can’t control it” when pressed on Reform candidates who promised to freeze or cut council tax at the last set of local elections. Since gaining power in 2025, all Reform-led councils have raised council tax.

@chopper4oz @dailybritainonx @narindertweets @UKAROfficial Yes he was robust. As I’m sure he has to be with these biased news agencies. Still remained calm. However if he had snapped and had been blunt I personally wouldn’t have cared a toss. It’s the policies he’s going to implement that I like. 🙌🏻🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@LukeTryl Yet your poll from last week showed Reform on 30%. Do you seriously expect us to believe in that time there has been a 5% drop? Seriously.....

Very interesting projection for Birmingham, suggesting Conservatives in line to win the most seats. Labour performing even worse than I'd expected. An administration might actually be possible from these numbers.

Wow. I’ve just received a threatening letter from Ben Delo’s solicitors Addleshaw Goddard. They are claiming, among other things, that it is unlawful to publish information about Delo’s conviction for an anti-money laundering offence in the US. They also say I cannot publish their letter. An extract is below. Is Delo going to get his solicitors to threaten everyone who mentions his conviction? How is this not a SLAPP? @sra_solicitors @DanNeidle

@Luis_Cook1 Naw. We all get things wrong, all human. Reality is that Reform have been a shitshow in Kent and some other councils, so the tactical voting went to whomever could keep them out. We're turning into a bit of a polarised system of either Reform or Who is best to stop them.
