@TheDailyMitch96 @GoodFaith_Actor @briggityboppity Houston, Texas has an average humidity of 75% year round, as do many other cities along the gulf coast. On top of that we get 85+ degree heat (Fahrenheit) for most of the year. Is that not “absolute” enough for you?
English

@walmarthelp went to my local Walmart to purchase 007 First Light. Not only was the display empty but none of my local stores have it either so I can’t even get it delivered. It’s kind of ridiculous that a game isn’t being put out on release day for customers to purchase. 3 times
English

@GoodFaith_Actor @briggityboppity 2/2 is significantly more oppressive. Look at Dew points vs humidity if you want to know how wet the air is going to feel
English

@GoodFaith_Actor @briggityboppity 1/2 It’s different measurements. Relative is maximum capacity of the air for moisture. Absolute humidity like experienced in most of the Americas and Asia the actual amount of water in the air. Because Europes relatively remain constant vs the Americas, Americas humidity
English

@GoodFaith_Actor @briggityboppity It’s is humid in Europe it’s just a different kind of humidity than what we experience in the us. They’re experiencing relative vs the absolute we experience here
English

@briggityboppity It is not that humid in Europe, they do not know about Florida or the south where it feels like you are actually swimming through the air in summer.
English

@StephenR34230 @HarrisonHighto2 It’s a mix. The Splash Mountain decision specifically came from the board. The only thing Vahle decided with recent expansions was the cars theme.
English

@HarrisonHighto2 I totally agree. It's really not clear to me who at the company makes the calls. It's it the CEO, the head of parks and experiences, the head of imagineering, park management, a mix of all of them?

@TranshumanCyst @lowkflex You realize Gen Z starts in the mid 90’s right?
English

@lowkflex Almost no one in Gen Z would have had very much time to spend in any Blockbuster in their formative years. The oldest would have MAYBE had a chance to have a memory in one when they were 4-6. Hilariously Blockbuster had a chance to buy Netflix but turned it down, but a decent...

“gen z would never understand” nigga we literally grew up with this shit

GEN Z would never understand
English

@NickChaps96 you walk out of the park, through security, past the skyliner, then eventually get to the buses... after passing boat and skyliner... and disability parking.
English

At the end of a long park day, the walk to the bus stop to get back to your resort can feel like it’s many miles away. But what’s your LEAST favorite bus stop to walk to? For me it’s Magic Kingdom. I feel like the other parks bus stops aren’t quite as far away. And if you’re staying at an All-Star resort, you’ve got a really long walk.

@chrishoutz @DailyLoud At home because this has been known for an almost decade. Most of the people involved are no longer associated with the university.
English

@DailyLoud My oh my. How the tables have turned. Where are all the “Jo Pa knew” people at?
English

@DaBearsUpdates_ @supermonangai The bills did this in 2017 and look how that turned out
English

@supermonangai This genuinely confused me, why not get the new GM so he can start building his vision immediately??
English

I’m not an expert but wouldn’t you want to get a gm BEFORE the draft? 😭😭😭

Vikings GM search is underway:
English

@goshsmoke @MPJburgh That’s false. Pouncey Heyward, Shazier, Watt
English

@CiaLukaa @MinkahBurgh39 These players played during their rookie year and that’s not even counting just special teams players and their contributions
English

@Simon83079 @_CM_67_ Parking decks relatively expensive to build. Plus there are NFL stadiums that don’t have massive lots but those are usually in cities that have large public transit systems (Seattle, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, LA) but fifa said no to most of those cities
English

@_CM_67_ I will never understand the US using so much land for car parking. They use so much space & this isnt even a proper car park yet so much space is used. Meanwhile in the UK... Some places in the US are catching up but only when they have limited space like Disneyland

English

Americans not understanding that in this scenario you wouldn’t need a car park the size of Andorra
joe@BurdenBurner
The brits are right. Instead of building a stadium 9 miles* from Manhattan* we could’ve just chucked the whole meadowlands complex in Central Park!
English

@UrinatingTree @SteelersWin109 He also didn’t have nfl quality receivers and his stats weren’t terrible either
English

@SteelersWin109 Maybe its because we saw a lot of Penn State games and he was trash against good opponents? Especially in the clutch?
When plenty of PSU fans are saying he sucks too, its a concern.
English

@MichaelBeck56 Draft used to start at noon and they would televise both 1st and 2nd rounds on same day.
English

@RyanDeto @matt_shipman If you went 99W most buses only stopped at University Park N Ride which was the first stop. They shut down most of the other stops by 2
English

320,000+ people today in Pittsburgh and barely any traffic on the roads. People used public transit so much that the park-and-rides filled up early, but no huge back ups to be reported.
