@petermaurice22 @kathywinton3 @policecommander It appears the people who are complaining the most about the state of the country voted for the party who screwed this country over for 14 years though have now moved to the New Tory party Reform, and wonder why Labour hasn't cleared up the mess in under two years.

@SophieRose19x @MrHarryCole Absolutely! I don't think this surprises anyone, as turning to Christianity was just the next step on the journey of the right-wing grift in the United States. We see it in Farage too who is now talking about "Christian values".

@Avislafin1 @MrHarryCole Indeed! That's why we have theocracies as governments, as religion in government is an ideal way to cloak corruption and authoritarianism, and the very religious in society will embrace the government despite their utter hypocrisy.

@ScottMcConnell9 In the unlikely event that Vance would announce his support for the 25th Amendment, he would at least wait until the new Congress is seated next year. As if he was to take the Presidency before then, he would only be permitted to be elected to the Presidency for one more term.

My advice to Vance: Announce your support of 25th amendment transition. Say Chris Murphy or similar will be veep. Announce you will NOT be a candidate in 2028. Use your position, access to the media to explain why this is necessary. Don't resign.

@AlexanderKalian @PompeyWeilian @lewis_goodall Iran had a murderous terrorist regime in government in 2024, but still Trump campaigned on a promise of no new wars or regime changes in the Middle East - and it won him a lot of support. He didn't put any caveat on Iran, that's why a lot of his supporters are angry with him.

@PompeyWeilian @lewis_goodall It was not worth the paper it was written on - the deal gave Iran a lot of room to bend rules, and anyway the regime continued a highly secretive weapons-grade nuclear program in the shadows. Pieces of paper didn't stop North Korea, and were not stopping Iran either.

@GBNews23653867 I just researched the actual law and, regardless of Richard Tice's situation, I find it extraordinary that a member of the UK Parliament is not required to have their main domicile in the UK. How could anyone object to a change in this law? #jump17" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">parliament.uk/about/faqs/hou…

@petermorris1878 @SteveK1575596 @g_gosden This just shows that Reform have utter contempt for their supporters as they think they are stupid. They pull off a stunt to deliberately fool their supporters that the government has just increased fuel duty, as they know they are gullible and won't check the facts.

Which is exactly their MO. Pointing & shouting.

Reform’s position on the war - 9 March, Economic spokesperson Robert Jenrick: ‘this war needs to come to an end as soon as possible because it is making Britain poorer….that’s why Nigel Farage immediately ruled out suggestions that the UK might deploy boots on the ground. Nor do we see why British aircraft should become involved in offensive action.’ Daily Telegraph 8 March, Reform Deputy Leader Richard Tice,: ‘We wld be helping the Americans and the Israelis in any way they saw appropriate’ GB News  28 February Reform leader, Nigel Farage ‘ The Prime Minister needs to change his mind on the use of our military bases and back the Americans in this vital fight against Iran!’  Post on X

@jjskup67 @EdKrassen American-English is a dialect of the English language, not a language in itself. We have many dialects of the English language all over the UK where there are differences in how we speak and what we call things, but ultimately it's still the English language.
