@peterrhague you just put him in prison for disturbance of the peace or attempted assault. there's already many anti-social laws on the books, just pick all of them and use prison to teach, it's not excessive.

How do you punish this behaviour? Its reckless and antisocial, but prison would obviously be excessive. Our other options - community service, fines etc. - he would probably laugh off and ignore. Maybe we need to bring back the stocks...

@theo K3 is interesting when it gets onto the fast token providers in USA. maybe they can push it to 500tps. also it's the canary, we will have local super intelligence, perhaps by end of year? or end of next year?

Kimi k3 is an incredible model. It is not an incredible value. In most tasks, it comes out to roughly the same cost as GPT-5.6 Sol. K3 is half the price of 5.6 Sol per token. GPT-5.6 uses half as many tokens. Price evens out. GPT-5.6 is 2x faster TPS, so it gets work done ~4x faster than K3 at roughly the same price. I still love K3 and will be using it for a TON of stuff. I'm just tired of people pretending it's way cheaper when it's not.

just went about 168 hours straight on a /goal with GPT 5.6 Sol High. It was some THICK architecture and debugging non-stop. we're finally doing some live fire testing to refine it before release.

OpenAI have done a great job fixing the compaction problem. Codex 5.6 Sol can work for a really long time and still stay on task, and not forget things or get lost. It's impressive how much I don't really think about or worry about context length anymore.

making an AI that integrates with my slack-clone that filters through my emails and keeps a knowledge base of how I reply to recruits/redundant topics, and prioritizes my emails and shows me the real/important ones. gonna take a little work but so far it's really relieving

dang the code I wrote with opus 4.8 and gpt 5.5 was actually "happy path" garbage. I now wonder what GPT 6.0 will find in 5.6's hundreds of adjusments? lol either way I'm happy to have the upgrades just wish I could get it done faster on cerebus. I have a GTM parterner now!
