@UberUKsupport I've been chatting to the people on the Uber app and they are useless and not listening to me, is there anywhere I can complain about the staff who respond to unauthorized charges? The staff have said that I can't have their managers details and can't complain.

@SkyHelpTeam It works well now strangely. It said this earlier. I haven't updated anything or contacted anybody to fix it, it just magically works now I've tried again but I've missed the game. May become a concern if it keeps happening.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you,it was earlier so we've kind of missed the importance unfortunately but it says I don't have the required subscription to watch sky sports.I pay £75 a month and I've used my sky box like once,I pay alot of money just to watch sports on the app.But it won't let me atm.
