Bit of a personal post so forgive me. Our daughter is having major surgery. Doctor after doctor coming in before surgery kicks off. We don’t see white, black or brown. We just see highly skilled, highly trained, highly professional, highly motivated medics.

But look around the county…. pubs are closing, small businesses are struggling with constant rising costs, and families are watching every single penny. Farmers ain’t being backed at all, which means the price of fruit and veg keeps going up because we are buying from abroad and it is so weather dependent, and now the weekly shop is so expensive. Whilst all this is happening, taxpayers see money being wasted instead of properly supporting the people, businesses, and local communities that keep this beautiful country going. If people truly had more money like your trying to say, our high streets would be busy, shops would be open, pubs would be full, and businesses wouldn’t be fighting just to stay open.
