Final Comcast Xfinity Support rant. If you're gonna use the word support in your name, be sure you actually have the tools and capabilities to actually support. Social media monitoring and customer service/support are not the same. Frank understood this all too well. #fail

Every time I interact with Comcast Xfinity I'm reminded why I no longer have them. From broken promise (personal and business), missed appointments, or appointments that were never scheduled. Let's not forget the outrageous pricing. #Fail

Hey @xrockergaming, if you're going to put documention saying contact you about missing or broken parts before returning it, then stand by your product and stop wasting time. Spent two weeks (no returned calls) waiting for a response just for you to tell return to @Walmart.

When @SouthwestAir started offering less nonstop flights on my frequently traveled route, I stayed loyal. I did the 1 stopper. Now with bag fees it might be cheaper for me to do the nonstop on other airlines for the same price. I will miss you #SouthwestAirline

For nearly a decade @SouthwestAir has been MY airline of choice because, well, they were different. That difference made me loyal. I never thought to think twice of taking another airline. With the baggage fees implementation they have become just a other airline. #fail

And just like the game of hold is over. Today, it took @VisualTouch only 1 hour 14 minutes to get a person. No records today ladies and gentlemen but sure put into perspective when they say senior living customers are very important to us. #VisualTouchFail.

And just like that we pass the 1 hour mark on hold with @visualtouch. The game is on today and getting interesting. I'm thinking they wanna shoot for that 2 hour mark. Because nothing says we value you like more than an hour in hold. #VisualTouchFail.
