The paradox of NYC right now is that it’s not “dying” in the sense that it’s losing population of people who want to live and enjoy the benefits of living in a city with rich food and culture.
But it is dying in that it’s losing the economic engines that have always paid for these things as it swaps out more tax payers with more tax revenue need.

NYPD "treated for injuries" from snowballs? hefty fellows built like bisons charging into a spontaneous snowball fight & some of them are hit with what looks like powdery snow? why not just participate in the snowball fight like normal people; or, if that is too rough, stay out of the park & let the kids play. basically it's the NYU campus, a very small campus for one of the country's largest universities.
