I believe that in this cycle: - alt coins have bottomed - alt coins have never hit euphoria - we have never had a real alt coin season - the best r/r in all global markets right now are alt coins - bitcoin dominance is beyond topped - the 4 year cycle thesis is Fugazi - the fundamentals for eth have never been stronger I base the above opinions on the alts/btc ratio, global debt roll over, business ism and the crypto market cap when compared with other markets, along with an understanding of invetment fundamentls, market psychology, human psychology and my right testical. All of which tell me to remain on the bull. But who gives af what I think. We want green candles. Can’t lie I’ve been busy these last couple days and changed up my trading style and instead of trying to catch all these new launches been buying established coins with size and getting some good flips. Still want to catch things early but with the market being so hot these size flips feel less stressful and better returns. Different styles work for different people but just some thoughts I had

Jason's got this incredibly wrong in my opinion. The new Bitcoin buyer will be AI agents, who will need their own store of value, and the majority of humans who still don't own any. Solana and many other tokens are the weird middle era tech that could go to zero - the way he describes Bitcoin in this video. In the case of Solana, it's kind of like the Discman. It’s not cutting edge anymore, was for a moment, also wasn’t first, also was one of the first major insider token raises (50%) instead of via community, and it keeps printing more tokens forever. So it’s just there in the middle. Was cool for sure, but it changes in meaning like the wind - stands for everything and therefore stands for nothing. NFTs? Memes? Trading? Gambling? Finance capital markets? What next? AI something something payments agentic spinnification. All while having less decentralisation (therefore missing the core root of the tech's purpose and its long tail reason for existence: i.e not eventually go to zero). This analysis is the same for many current era tokens and most will fail statistically, they're startups after all. Stablecoins are a gateway to leaving the broken fiat system - and carry all the issues of dollar debasement with them. They're good for transacting but have zero merit as a store of value. Stablecoins are the perfect transitional tech to a new financial system though. Bitcoin is a store of value that AI can own in their realm. If you were intelligent would you hold stablecoins? Which asset will they hold? They can't hold gold, and why would they want to, something in the real world? Harder to prove, trust, everything (from an AI perspective). If you also believe in the AI future, you kind of have to believe in Bitcoin. I was very bullish Sol in 2019-20, but we're in different times now, which loops back to Jason's point and my overall point: It will be a tough battle to remain relevant. Either way, all other tokens have much higher odds of going to zero than Bitcoin.
