2 hours later and still no help!! @united are you kidding me?? You divert our plane, then we miss all connections and are stuck with in a different city; we aren’t even booked for a flight in the morning to get home and nobody can give us instructions on any vouchers for hotel!?

Holy shit this is the worst experience by @united right now. Please someone from support get in touch with me. We are stranded with no help

@united so how can I get in touch with someone faster than a half hour when I’m now stranded in Houston for the night after you diverted my flight home and delayed the process by over 5 hours?

@SouthwestAir This is not a real reply. It took over 90 minutes from landing to get our bags. Extremely disappointing and when you now have to pay for bags too, further reasoning for never flying SW airlines. You’re trash
