Here’s an idea for the week: Running a company doesn’t mean you have to do it all. In fact, success relies on having good help—and delegating accordingly. Don’t micromanage. Instead, step back and trust your colleagues to do their party. You will have more time, they will feel empowered, and your company will benefit from both.

I pose a second question: Is it not directly the responsibility of the Church to dismantle and defeat White Supremacy? Is equality not the basis for forming the body of Christ?

I’m sure I’m gonna get replies from nonbelievers but I’d like to ask my Christian followers out there: Why don’t we as a church explicitly address White Supremacy and racism on Sundays? Why don’t we engage the truths of America and how it’s values are antithetical to the Gospel?

Pulling out of WHO is a disaster for the lives and health of all people, including Americans. I can’t imagine a worse thing to do in the midst of a pandemic and ongoing work to fight back TB, HIV, polio, and other health threats. America First does not work for global disease.
