My take on this situation: I’ve been an endurance athlete for right around 10 years. I’ve been to mass before and after races. I may not be in my Sunday best, but I make sure to wear long sleeves and pants. Every endurance athlete has long sleeves for training and will often wear them before the race during warm-ups no matter how hot it is outside. Glad there was a pre-race mass that they attended (praise God) but athletes know better. You trained for months for this race, not hard to prep your clothes

@XCkyro @YallPac Yes, the cheap plastic bag that falls apart after mile 2. I tried using it my first year, and it’s basically useless. That’s why nobody runs with it. It’s not a real gear bag; it’s basically a Walmart bag with strings.
