Anyone clever out there explain something to me. I had the 1st part of my fitness test today. Since last year I've gone from 96kg - 24% body fat, to 86kg - 28.3% body fat. I've lost a lot of weight recently & been doing more jogging & walks. So how can I be more full of fat?
