Gavin Newscum spent $450 million in taxpayer dollars for a new 911 system. They just announced they’re scrapping it because the design was a total failure. $450 million down the drain. The only thing Newscum excels at is wasting tax dollars on bad projects.

Republicans’ Big Ugly Law created a health care crisis. As a result, premiums are going up for families across the country.  House Democrats are fighting to lower your costs, and that includes our newest members @Rep_Walkinshaw and @Rep_Grijalva.

While Trump undercuts federal wildfire readiness, California continues to double down with key investments in fire readiness and response. This week, 38 new @CAL_FIRE Company Officers graduated — closing out a record-breaking year with 650+ officers trained to protect communities across the state.

An American finances a $111,916 truck and pays $1,898 a month. After 84 payments, the total hits $159,464 — for the SAME truck. He pays $47,548 EXTRA. This isn’t “financing” — it’s legalized robbery.

@allenanalysis 30 million illegals had a major effect on supply and demand increasing prices for everything

Housing didn’t become unaffordable because of “30 million illegal immigrants.” That’s JD Vance lying to your face. Home prices started their historic surge in 2012, a full decade before Biden. Between 2012–2020, prices jumped 60%, and under Trump alone they rose 27%. Rents also spiked from 2014–2019. The real causes? A 14-year underbuilding crisis, Wall Street firms buying entire neighborhoods, zoning bottlenecks, and mortgage cycles, all in motion long before Biden. Blaming immigrants is just a distraction from the people who actually broke the housing market.

@CongBoyle I’m pretty sure it was the democrats that passed Obama Care without permanent funding.

I don't believe that Republicans — the same people who voted for over $1 trillion in health care cuts to fund billionaire tax breaks — are suddenly interested in solving the health care crisis they created. This "deal" isn't credible. I'm voting NO.

This is 15 years ago when 30 million Americans were finally able to get healthcare. Now Republicans are trying to take it away while GIVING tax cuts to billionaires and throwing millions off of SNAP.

I will not support this Senate deal, which increases the cost of health care while billionaires continue to get tax breaks. Health care should be affordable and accessible for ALL AMERICANS.

When Donald Trump cut off SNAP, he froze food assistance for 21,000 veterans in Massachusetts. We took him to court and restored their benefits — but Trump is still fighting to take them away. Feed our veterans, Mr. President. It’s that simple.

I will not let people forget that the same Republicans who did everything in their power to make tax breaks for billionaires PERMANENT refused to even negotiate ONE YEAR of health care tax credits for working families.

@SenMarkKelly Why didn’t the democrats permanently fund ObamaCare when they passed it. They had all 3 Chambers of Congress at the time.

Millions of Americans could find themselves in a situation where they have to choose between having health insurance or paying rent. That's on this president. He's kicked people off Medicaid and jacked up health care premiums to pay for tax cuts for rich people.

It's been 44 days since Arizonans elected Adelita Grijalva, but more than 800,000 people still don't have representation in the House because Speaker Mike Johnson refuses to swear her in. Do. Your. Job.

GOP Rep. Jeff Van Drew admits Republicans have no plan to replace Obamacare and will take a year to create something. 1) They don’t even have a concept of a plan. 2) There’s literally no one in the party capable of it. 3) As Tяump said: “It’s complicated”

Without a single Republican vote, Democrats destroyed our healthcare system with laughable, pathetic Obamacare. New Democrat talking point ... "Where's the Republican plan to save healthcare?" 😂 It's impossible to be dumber than a Democrat politician or a Democrat voter.
