एयर इंडिया भले ही टाटा चला रही हो, स्टाफ तो वही है.. सरकारी मानसिकता वाला.." एयर इंडिया यानी टाटा ग्रुप को अपना पूरा स्टाफ बदलना पड़ेगा सरकारी मानसिकता वाले लोग एयर इंडिया को बर्बाद कर देंगे गज़ब खबर है ये भी.. दिल्ली से कनाडा जाने वाले 300 लोगों को गलत विमान में बैठाकर उड़ा दिया गया.. चार घंटे बाद जब विमान चीन पहुंचा तो पता चला जिस हवाई जहाज को कनाडा जाना था वो तो दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर ही एक कोने में खड़ा है.. आनन-फानन में विमान को वापस बुलवाया गया.. हालांकि, इस लापरवाही के चलते 60 लाख रुपए का जेट फ्यूल बर्बाद हो गया.. अब कार्रवाई की तलवार के लिए उचित गर्दनें तलाशी जा रही हैं.. ये चौंकाने वाली घटना दो दिन पहले की है.. दिल्ली से कनाडा के वैंकूवर के लिए बोइंग 777-300 ईआर मॉडल की एयरबस को उड़ान भरनी थी.. एयरलाइन स्टाफ की गलती से यात्रियों को बोइंग 777-200 एलआर एयरबस में बैठा दिया गया.. हैरानी की बात तो ये है कि विमान 300 यात्रियों को लेकर उड़ गया.. चार घंटे तक सब सोते रहे!! विमान जब चीन के कुनमिंग एयर फील्ड पहुंचा तब एयरलाइन स्टाफ की नींद टूटी.. पायलट से संपर्क किया गया.. पायलट ने हवा में ही यूटर्न लिया और वापस दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर लैंड किया.. वैसे एयरलाइन की गलती से यात्रियों की मौज हो गई होगी.. सात घंटे तक फ्री में हवा में घूमे.. जमकर मुफ्त के लंच, स्नैक्स उड़ाए होंगे और 'शीतल पेय' की चुस्कियां ली होंगी.. वापस आने पर अगली फ्लाइट अरेंज होने तक फाइव स्टार होटल में भी मस्ती की होगी.. एयर इंडिया ने 300 लोगों की पूरे एक दिन की छुट्टी मनवा दी..
