Under Idaho code Sunshine Reports only apply to candidates for "Public Office". Precinct Committeeman is not a public office. See IC 67-6602: (1) "Candidate" means an individual who seeks nomination, election, or reelection to public office" (16) "Public office" means any local, legislative, judicial, or state office or position that is filled by election but does not include the office of precinct committeeman." A real Idaho conservative would know this. Now you have been given notice of the truth, as spelled out in the law, so you must remove the false claim that there is "required reporting" for expenditures for Precinct Committeeman elections. In Idaho it is a crime to falsely accuse someone of committing a crime see IC 18-5413.  "Providing false information to law enforcement officers, government agencies, or specified professionals. (1) A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if he knowingly gives or causes to be given false information to any law enforcement officer, any state or local government agency or personnel, or to any person licensed in this state to practice social work, psychology or counseling, concerning the commission of an offense, knowing that the offense did not occur or knowing that he has no information relating to the offense or danger." Stefanie Fetzer, Erin Barnard Alex Joye Grenier, Lucky Barnard, and Shawna Lambert have been manipulated by Matt Blatt (who claims to be a US Army trained Psy-Ops expert) into being "Useful Idiots" (gullible people who accept false propaganda as truth) and promoting his lie that multiple websites are working together for nefarious purposes. Provably false and I have the receipts. A couple years back the web hosting company Square Space partnered with Stripe to provide merchant services. Any site created after that on Square Space which has a payment system has a SquareSpace USER account. If you look a few lines down in the HTML code you will find the Stripe MERCHANT account. The Merchant account is where the payments go. Blatt mislabeled the USER account as simply the "Stripe Account ID" and so when his information was fed into Grok Grok assumed it was the Merchant account, thus the response. If you feed Grok false information you will get a false answer. Here are the actual MERCHANT Stripe Accounts for the websites mentioned copy and pasted directly form the HTML code: Kootenai Freedom Caucus "sqspPaymentsMerchantStripeAccountId":"acct_1TLYCOA18p7moKDo" Secure Idaho "sqspPaymentsMerchantStripeAccountId":"acct_1Qv5JEPJ0N9tQLDT" Tallow "sqspPaymentsMerchantStripeAccountId":"acct_1QwS4JPMN3JCtrFI" Backlash "sqspPaymentsMerchantStripeAccountId":"acct_1QL8pCPN5msmMcuP" As you can see they are all different so Fetzer et-al and Blatt's claim is false, Blatt knew they were false and they would reasonably cause a loss of donations. This checks all the boxes for a defamation claim. You can verify this yourself by going to each website and clicking the "Donate" button which gets you to the merchant page. Right click anywhere on the page and select "View Source" (or something similar depending on the browser). You will now see the HTML source code. Click CTRL+F to open a Find box and search for "acct_". Two instances will be highlighted. The first will be the USER account (SquareSpace) and the second will be the MERCHANT account (where the payments go). Now you see how confirmation bias was manipulated by Blatt's PSYOPs. He led them right up to the line and they gleefully marched right over it. They should also realize that they are at real risk of being Blatt's co-defendants. The smart thing to do would be to take down their post and issue a retraction and apology. The claims are false and can easily proven false in court as I have shown above. Dan Gookin made similar claims that resulted in a defamation suite, tens of thousands in legal fees and a $25,000 payment to the KCRCC.

These two articles highlight the Idaho representatives who attended Israel on the 50 States One Israel delegation last year, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, based out of San Francisco. embassies.gov.il/sanfrancisco/en After spending numerous hours submitting and reading public record requests, I found that two major players behind this delegation was the National Association of Jewish Legislators (NAJL) and the Jewish Federations of North America. Locally the Idaho Israel Alliance, now rebranded the Idaho Jewish Alliance also met with some of the reps who went on this trip before and after returning. I faced personal retaliation by Rep. Barbara Ehardt who had the audacity to show up at a Stand Up For Idaho event where I was addressing members virtually in Idaho Falls last November. Ehardt was obviously upset I drew attention to her trip to Israel and the fact that she attempted to amend Idaho's Malicious Harassment law to include the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism, trying to weaponize this law for potential hate crimes, a penalty up to five years in prison. Ehardt handed out flyers at this event defaming myself and colleague David J. Reilly. There is a very real push to pass legislation to again attempt to amend Idaho's Malicious Harassment law to include anti-Semitism language. If someone uses a derogatory term against someone's race, religion, gender, etc, and commit an act of violence against a person or property is what consists of a hate crime. These modifiers or enhancements are extremely dangerous to individual liberty and free speech. People need to be wary of this push, next legislative cycle. So, I have some serious questions. First off, I want to thank @JoeTalkShow for getting this video out there. Man, this video has gotten a lot of attention and it is great to see. But I have a lot of questions on why the media is silent on this. @IdahoTribune has shared it, but that's it. I don't expect the @IdahoStatesman to write up anything, they don't have the balls to be honest or accurate on a good day. @FoxNews @NEWSMAX @OANN nothing, even other local new channels haven't done anything. It even seems like @brianalmon is running quiet. He shared the original post but that's it, but then goes to write up a full article to cover @GovernorLittle and his 4th of July Free Day... Which has been blown to smithereens by the good people of Idaho, I mean it has been gold to watch. The rumour is going around on that also that ID's are not valid to entry anymore, only green cards. I have not been able to confirm it yet, but that is the rumour. @oldstatemark, me, and everyone in Idaho want answers. Why are you not covering this? Why is Idaho being treated like a state where the politics do not matter? We are fighting to save our state from becoming another west coast shithole and we want to preserve our great state. We are a red state with a hidden blue agenda being ran by big money PAC's and people who are willing to turn their backs on the people of Idaho. What we are also seeing, with all of this corruption coming to light, is the number of other RINOs not being primaried. It is too late this year cycle, but there are a few of us who need to step up and cross that line. I will include myself in that few as I myself have been asked 8 times in the last 2 weeks if I planned on running for some kind of office. All I will say right now is that @Dragonlady436 and I have lightly discussed it. If the media doesn't want to cover this video, we must continue to share as much as possible.
