Thank you Congressman @CongMikeSimpson for your kind words and support. This legislation started a tsunami that has turned the tide and once again ensures that girls & women have the same opportunities to compete FAIRLY that boys & men do. Thank you for speaking at the SCOTUS RALLY Jan 13, 2026 when the Supreme Court heard this legislation. I was inside with @SenatorRisch listening to oral arguments. It’s not their responsibility to worry about how the legislature should figure out how to uphold laws. They just know that they need to be upheld because their competition is NOT playing by the same rules and it is not just hurting their business but they are losing their employees because they can no longer afford to pay good wages because the illegals are undercutting them both on bids and on dollar per hour salary. Standing up for Idahoans & Americans.

So the good news is that illegal immigration enforcement can and does happen. Perhaps, not at the rate we went, but why leap to a massive imposition on small businesses with e-verify or other federal digital solutions? What was the primary tool used for covid lockdowns? EHR!

This is the exact point that my contractors here in Southeastern Idaho are asking me to help with! They are loosing their businesses to illegals who are setting up businesses and then way underbidding jobs that come up. These jobs used to be phenomenal paying jobs. These were great jobs for men. Now, long time businesses can’t pay their employees a decent wage. This needs to stop!

Apparently is a manager of a fencing contractor company “STL Fencing” in Caldwell “The company's leadership includes Albert A Navarro Paniagua, who serves as Manager” This company’s registered agent on file is a “Zeguro Corporation” in Nampa, which is apparently an accounting services company. Last Saturday, our son—whom we’ve had the blessing of raising since he was 3—chose to be baptized. It made for a special Easter weekend, with all of our kids together. My heart is so full of gratitude for the missionaries who walked alongside him. They took the time to understand his unique journey, helped him build his testimony of the gospel, and supported his decision to be baptized. 💗

Dear Megan Rapinoe - I would love to have a debate / discussion on this. You can gang up on me. Two against one. Bring your best arguments. Heck I'll go 3 vs 1. I'll go it alone. I don't care. I'm up for the challenge. We aren't hateful. We don't hate anyone. I know you can't see this and it's all too easy just to put me and others who endorse the IOC policy (and fought for it) in a box as "bigots" or "anti-trans" or "alt-right." But that is simply and categorically false. If you have never talked to any of us, you wouldn't know that. You say we're mad because we lost the fight on gay marriage. I support gay marriage. I marched for gay marriage. You say we're mad because we just hate trans people. No, we just want women's sports to be for women. This is about males in women's sports. Women's sports exist for a reason. You have to know that. Surely you don't think we should just do away with the women's category entirely. But then how can you justify 3 males medaling in the women's 800m at the Rio Olympics?! At any rate, you're not on here and I'm sure you'd never do it anyway, but the offer stands. Believe it or not we have communicated in the past from my days at Levi's. We even have some mutuals though I'm sure I'm now hated by those mutuals simply because I am standing up for women's opportunity, safety and dignity. But hey, take up the challenge -- maybe you'll change my mind (won't happen, but if you care about the cause you should want to try).

But it had to be done to stop their movement. What was this movement, you ask? The LGB”T” movement is 100% about the de-construction of the nuclear family. Within this is the redefinition of what it means to be a woman women and seeks to stripe the joys of motherhood bare by declaring mothers to be only “chest feeders.” This is shameful.

The IOC just announced that Olympic women's sports will be limited to biological females starting in 2028. This is a major step forward for fairness and safety in women's athletics. I'm proud that my office led the defense of Idaho's law doing the same before the U.S. Supreme Court this January. The International Olympic Committee’s decision on women’s sports could mark an important cultural tipping point. For years, there’s been a sharp divide between popular and elite opinion on this issue. While most Americans support keeping men out of women’s sports, celebrities and elite institutions have largely either succumbed to gender ideology or stayed silent. But now the IOC, arguably the most powerful governing body in international sport, has realigned itself with reality. This could give other elites the “permission” they need to finally admit what everyone has always known: men and women have real biological differences. And those differences matter in sports. We should welcome everyone who is willing to stand for truth and fairness—whether they joined us early or late. But we should especially remember the ones who spoke out early. Many of them have endured vicious shaming for their loyalty to the truth. They deserve our thanks, society’s trust, and—in some cases—an apology.
