@foundmyfitness Interesting this should show up in my TL. This is my 3rd year on #Carnivore. My third year with A1c of 5.0-5.5. I had a retinal exam just this morning with no progression in diabetic retinopathy. I'm in no hurry to go back to eating potatoes and bananas and going blind.

I'm not surprised that the popularity of the carnivore diet is losing steam. It never was a durable solution for most people. Ultimately, part of what people were experiencing were the benefits of an elimination diet. But that doesn’t mean a zero-plant diet is optimal long term. We’re already seeing that play out. Many of the loudest carnivore advocates are starting to add back fruit, vegetables, and other whole foods.

I prefer to mix my peptides in the same syringe however there are some that tend to cloud when mixed. Reta is notorious for clouding and agglomeration with other peptides so I keep that separate. This is the first time I’ve put Mots-C in the same syringe with HCG and HGH and I’m not really pleased with the clouding so I won’t be doing that again.
