What 19 year old Vedamurti Devavrat Mahesh Rekhe has done will be remembered by the coming generations! Every person passionate about Indian culture is proud of him for completing the Dandakrama Parayanam, consisting of 2000 mantras of the Shukla Yajurveda’s Madhyandini branch, in 50 days without any interruption. This includes several Vedic verses and sacred words recited flawlessly. He embodies the finest of our Guru Parampara. As the MP from Kashi, I am elated that this extraordinary feat took place in this sacred city. My Pranams to his family, the several saints, seers, scholars and organisations from all over India that have supported him.

@advsoutik In total agreement with you, bhai! Adding to that, procedures should clearly mandate that no application be entertained unless its content(s) are explicitly mentioned in the pleadings. This would cut down on time and eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth.

@ThisIsTheMukesh In civil cases, IAs should ordinarily have exemplary court fees, and it should be exempted only on cogent grounds.

Apparently, in one of my cases, the Order has been 'reserved' for over 3 months now. Honestly, if it hadn’t been reserved, I’m pretty sure we’d have wrapped up pleadings by now! But!! it's not the judge’s fault-DHC's board is overflowing with joy of miscellaneous applications.

In 2025, courts will experience a significant increase in injunction suits addressing privacy breaches. Cases will involve leaked communications, unauthorized data usage, and violations of digital confidentiality.

I believe the Delhi High Court should consider appointing OS Advocates as Temporary Registrars. It’s hard to justify Joint Registrars spending their valuable time on routine tasks like dictating diary numbers or passing standard orders such as condoning delays or closing rights.
