@Dr_BellaR Ahh I see the issue. It’s because that’s not what ARRS funding is for. Probably easier to use the ARRS funding for what it was designed for additional roles.

@goodyrob I have to agree, I discussed an FCP role with a private provider and was offered band 6 money. Meant to be band 7/8s but if you only pay band 6 money and siphon the rest as profit, you only get band 6 candidates.
