@dvassallo Germany and a lot of European countries do a much better job of making sure people are only in the left lane for passing. Help a lot to know the only time you’ll have someone on your left is when they’re passing you.

Can someone explain to me what's the rationale of having no speed limit on German highways? How is this not massively endangering others? Not even F1 allows cars to have a 100mph difference. The 107% rule prevents cars that are 7% slower from competing, for safety reasons.

Casually cruising at the M3P’s 263km/h (163mph) top speed on the Autobahn. (LG) Looks super stable. Germans are just built different! lol

I moved from Uber Eats to DoorDash exclusively because of the customer support. Insane that companies let their support go to such terrible quality
XSET Feldy@Feldmoon

Yo @UberEats @Uber_Support I’ve never seen worse customer service in my life.

Not sure how anyone can be surprised with what’s going on in Israel. The Israeli occupation has been ongoing since 1967 against international law. If that was your people you’d be doing anything to get out from underneath Israel.

The days of hiring devs who are only good in technical ability are not here anymore. I have seen highly skilled devs literally failing interviews because they lack the ability to interview correctly, to show foundational skills besides just coding ability, and showcase ways and soft skills that would make them strong team members. Organizations do not exist because of 1 great developer. They thrive when they have well-structured and strong teams. If you can't work well on a team, you won't get hired. Soft skills are not EASY items and they absolutely are necessary in today's market. Technical ability doesn't equal phenomenal interviewing skills. They are two separate skill sets and both require effort, practice, and planning.

To be clear - I don't get why any PROGRAMMER would use it. Seems like a lot of people liked recommending it to non-devs, didn't know that was a thing but I believe y'all
