They notice only the results of this code. I will most definitely continue using llm’s for help with code.

Is anyone building games without using AI at all? No code help, no design help, no debugging help, nothing? Genuinely curious.🤔

@spicyboipasta @TonyMunozDev @DevLand95213410 It's not about the struggle really. Every decision you make and little trick you need to employ on the way to get there, shapes what you make. If you make the same game with AI and without, depending on how much you use it, they will be very different games and you'll miss out.

Over all I don't really want to get there faster using that technology. Also figuring things out is just too much fun! 😃

steam uses ai to recommend, rank, and surface your game to buyers. the distribution deal with the ai platform was just business though. you made a video game. it runs on a screen. turn the screen off and it's gone. that's not art. that's a product that is made to waste your time away from the real world. art hangs on a wall. art sits on a plinth. art exists irl without needing a storefront on steam to experience it.
