Hey @TravelodgeUK , I’m supposed to have had an e voucher within 48 working hours of this, and contact from the Priority team, currently have had neither! What’s going on?

When you book an accessible room OVER 2 MONTHS in advance, and then on check in day your @TravelodgeUK call to say there are no accessible rooms left and can they move you to a standard room/do you actually need the accessible room 🙄

@TravelodgeUK is this the sort of rooms you supply to customers at Eastbourne? 3 disgusting rooms then I walked out Room 1) Facies in the toilet. Room 2) Hairs in the shower tray Room 3) Pubic hairs on toilet, urine on floor and hair. Appalling customer service response.

@TravelodgeUK Submitted a serious safety complaint on 21st April — 7 days ago — and still no real response. Bathtub detached from wall while I was showering at Hellingly. Grab rail also failed. Staff moved me to another room. Cases #15071-2847845 and #15071-2851610. Please respond

@TravelodgeUK you recently cancelled my booking with only 8 days notice. I was offered a transfer or refund and opted for transfer. I have not heard back about this in 3 days, including phoning hotel. I need to know whether I now have to book (now at higher price) another hotel.

@InvincibleWheel @TravelodgeUK I booked an accessible room for my brother over Xmas - he arrived Xmas eve at about 4pm to find no accessible room. He was unable to shower. When I complained to @Travel_Lodge I was told that he’d used the room so only a partial refund. Very poor - won’t use again
