Utterly woeful customer service @BootsUK Phoned to say £146 had been taken out my account in error as had correctly loaded 2 gift vouchers to be rudely told I have to wait until the order arrives then send it back. No concern, refused access to a manager & phone put down!

@Meta @instagram How can you delete 10 year+ accounts without just cause and then offer no way to contact you to dispute it. My account held special memories of sadly lost relatives and then one day all gone when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the content 🤷🏼‍♀️

Beware @British_Airways @AviosHelp customers. Had 134,000 Avios stolen and transferred to @iberia account and used the same day for a flight from Bogotá to Madrid. Not getting much help from anyone at present so keep your passwords safe and change frequently!
