- Jet lagged from the Hawaii time change

We're moving this week.
One thing it's reminded me of is how grateful I am to have so much family nearby.
Parents.
Brothers.
Grandparents.
Aunts.
Uncles.
Everybody willing to show up and help.
People dream about living on the beach or in the mountains.
Maybe someday.
But there's something really special about being 15 minutes away from the people you love.
Sunday dinners.
Birthday parties.
Swimming with the nieces and nephews.
Random cookouts.
As I've gotten older, I've realized that's a pretty good trade.

Had an employee walk in today, lunch bag in hand, Grabbed his paycheck, walked straight to his car, and quit on the spot. Guy was with us a year and a half. Never ceases to amaze me how cowardly some employees are when it comes to just having a conversation. ✌️
