@HelloFreshUK so after horrendous experience last week my delivery arrived today. Week later. Now trying to update my order and it says "keep trying". Are your systems down? How you keep customers like me who don't want credit just good service is beyond me.

No delivery yesterday, promised it before 11am now cancelled. Absolutely shocking. Spent an hour yesterday on a chat box.

@jet2 booked partisan now known as Whala Tenerife. Reviews are horrendous and we fly Saturday. Seems the hotel we booked has changed hands. We are mortified for a family holiday. What can we do? Not booked stag night Hotel. Booked family hotel. WTF?

@BritishGas I have asked numerous times for a refund of large credit ony account. Your systems never process this. I am on a Web chat with an operator who will not escalate due to business limitation. Why should I wait another 10 days for a refund that never gets processed?

@BritishGasHelp @benbt Your Web complaints department are inept. I was waiting for a 1.6m refund, promised it would be there in the 7th. Rang on the 7th, assured it would be there in 2 hours. Queue surprise! No refund. Back to the hell loop of dealing with this company.

@BritishGas @ofgem British Gas you are the scammer! I have been promised my refund for nearly 6 weeks now, it's 1.6k. Despite calls, webchats, complaints, still haven't got it. @ofgem please contact me. I am stressed and have wasted hours of my life on this. Fed up.
