This is the modern Windows Run dialog for Windows 11. It has been updated again ahead of the public launch.
It's going to be an optional feature, and needs to be enabled manually from Advanced Settings. When turned on, it replaces the legacy Run dialog.
What do you think? 🤔
@merill You said that it might be desirable to allow my IP or application. Won't the IP be that of the user and the application easily spoofed my the attacker?
@bschippers Or, trying not to be rear-ended when the car suddenly drops to 40 mph in a 70 mph, while others are driving 90+.
As all the other profiles break the law, I only use Sloth mode.
Here's an underreported FSD metric: go-pedal override rate — how often a driver presses the go-pedal while FSD is active.
On v14, drivers intervene with the accelerator about 1.9% of the time. On v13 it peaked at 7% and sits at 3.3% today. On v12 it hovers around 5–7%.
Worth noting: when a driver does press the go pedal, it's most often about preference — wanting to accelerate faster, take a gap differently, or match their own driving style. What many interpret as a negative intervention frequently isn't. It's personal choice.
This is a metric I'll be covering a lot more with real data to back it up. There's an enormous opportunity for @Tesla to do incredible story telling here and broadly about FSD. Hope they do. Happy to help.

The referencing AI as a lobster, like OpenClaw, comes from the sci-fi book Accelerando. Where lobster brains had been digitized and live on in digital space.

Tesla FSD Mad Max mode is too aggressive. Almost got pulled over going over 20 mph above the speed limit on FSD. Had to disengage to slow down quickly. This needs to be addressed. $tsla
@RideCATA When on a mobile phone, it should be possible to pay with a mobile wallet. Should never have to enter credit card information.
I just bought a 3-day pass in New Orleans with Google Pay through Transit and hoped CATA offered the same... Sadly no.
Pay Your Way — right from your phone 📱
Manage tickets and your account in Transit app or CATA Mobile Pay app.
Buy tickets or add funds in-app, then scan your digital ticket when you board.

Good to know. That information is not listed on your website, even on the Tesla FAQ, and when I called they said "no".
I hope to never drive a gas vehicle again. Without Superchargers along our route, the 5 mph 120 volt charge at our AirBnB was necessary. So I planned to fly with my own charger.
@Treestryder We would like to help explain this further. Would you mind sending us a private message so we can follow up with you? twitter.com/messages/compo…
@AndrewYang I would love to hear you interview Emad Mostaque @EMostaque about his book The Last Economy ii.inc/web/the-last-e… and work on the Intelligent Internet project.
@csharpgen@DirtyTesLa Yeah... A lot of fun, if you have the luxury to not strip a bolt, in the freezing rain, in your apartment's dark parking lot, at midnight, hours before you work the next morning.
I've been invited to check out an Aptera! I'm excited to learn more about such an efficient vehicle format.
What would you like to know about this vehicle or the company? Remember they were the first to add a Tesla charge port to their vehicle, even before NACS was standard ;)
