I would like to formally introduce you Ratio Drones and our logistics platform concept. The Liberator Payload/Weight: 6:1 (conservative) Fuel: diesel, a1, gas, propane configurable. Power gen: 20kw+ Starlink included. This is the future of frontier logistics. Delivering atoms, electrons and bytes to every forward deployed engineer, researcher, technician, and farmer for the next generation of progress. This platform will run field hospitals, research stations on the side of a volcano, feed cattle stuck across a river, deliver a wellhead to remote exploration sites, and that's just v1. I can't think my team enough for helping me get this off the ground. Soon that will be a literal statement. i have work travel booked to austin in may as it’s one of my companies hub cities. one of the native austinites i was speaking with literally said “we’re a small town airport trying to act like a major one” sooooooo idk. she is literally born and raised austinite in her 60s 🤷🏻‍♀️

I noticed some people criticize my open sharing of ideas approach. I should shield those ideas for myself and not let others take my ideas. Dude, I do not have time for all of my ideas. My brain is a continuous fountain of ideas. Without this avenue to share, many ideas never got heard at all. I don't have time for all of my ideas. If you have time for it and love it and want to make it real. I invite you to do that. You don't even have to pay me for it because you invested the time to make it real. And I would be elated just to see my idea be made real by someone. Random spit balling of ideas and bouncing balls against the wall with other people has a lot of value.

there are so many astroturfed conservatives against CAHSR because the second that there is a working train between 2 cities in the US that can hit 200mph it is fundamentally over for the argument of "that doesn't work here" The oil lobby will do everything possible to stop that

Danielle, my friend Al here lived in the bay for a long time, is a tinkerer and creator of things. Has incredible terrarium knowledge and is also very much an animal person. She's building some really cool stuff around disease management, and symptom tracking. Plus you just makes cool things. I think you two would get along as general human beings.

I'm right and all the Austinites are hurt over the data. Even with the concourse doubling Austin, still ain't enough gates. I was born in Nashville, raised in Texas, and have spent enough time between the coastal elites and yankee stanford MIT Harvard montauk trustwads to know their demands and rackets- international airport with daily routes is one of the numerous demands. It influences their moving. One of my customers is one of the largest law firms in the world - Austin is a nuisance - one of the partners takes weekly flights to London and then needs ad-hoc impromptu flights accordingly. Austin doesn't afford that luxury.

@cyrusjohnson @datarade I'm not your friend buddy, but 10 years of experience living in the bay has told me different. The amount of abject violence, rampant addiction and public displays of absolute degeneracy I saw on a daily basis in the bay, especially SF are incomparable

@datarade @cyrusjohnson Should have said dallas is pharmaceuticals. Houston is med tech, especially hardware. I've never based my decision on a city based on the airport. I figure if I follow the most consequential signals, I can just buy a plane eventually.

Dallas isn't medicine. Houston is energy, oil and gas, medicine, chemicals, industrials, aerospace, shipping/logistics, and can evolve into web, but web might be less relevant. There's more engineers in a 20 mile radius of spaceport than anywhere in the USA. Houston is a global medical epicenter primarily because it hosts the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world's largest medical complex, which features over 60 institutions, 100,000+ employees, and 10 million+ annual patient visits. I personally like Dallas more because of weather and other reasons - but Houston contends. Dallas has a much better airport.
