How much the world changed.
When I played games, my ping was commonly over 500ms and I was dominating rankings especially in COD 1 and 2.
I remember reading about some kids in Singapore on T3 line and thought them to be luckiest in the world.

199ms ping is insane wtf. For reference anything over 20-50ms is usually considered unplayable lag for most esports games and they are doing robotic telesurgery with 200ms!?! That’s so slow and laggy how do you even do that!? Wow.

@CristianRus4 Thisbis my biggest pet peeve with AI design. Explaining it that humans love symmetry and that it can place buttons everywhere it wants. Takes more time than making the whole design itself

US land data is quite the mess. Just in San Diego county, each city has its own system, two cities have nothing but scanned PDFs.
Normalizing this data for a single county took over a month.
Also lot of data sources are simply guarded, not available or data is not unified.

Vaultaire had its best day yesterday at $2.2k. This thing is flying! Also found new source of keywords at $.64 CPA, bringing additional installs. Naturally, as I have literally nothing else to do, decided to try ads in ChatGPT. Not expecting much, but hey, got money to burn 😬

One thing I’ve learned is to NEVER use free trials ever…
(at least I never do).
Hard paywalls have converted better for me, and I honestly just don’t want to deal with billing errors and cancellations anymore. 😭
Even if a free trial slightly outperformed my hard paywall, I’d still choose the hard paywall. The peace of mind is worth it.

Started working on a food concept for San Diego - a langos stand.
Called the Dough-jo.
Surprisingly the trdelnik (chimney cake) is very popular here so I think this is going to be too.
