Ampere has clarified that the 2021/22 server was sent to VideoLAN. That server benefited the wider free software multimedia ecosystem. Ampere has also agreed to donate a server to SPI for use in FFmpeg CI. We thank Ampere for helping resolve this.

I do however, believe it's not an argument in a conversation about social media post artworks, and was unnecessary at best, disingenuous and bad faith at worst.

You *actually* downplayed the skill required to make visual art, yes. Most people write every day. The amount of people (capable of) working w/ gfx is far less.

If you want to directly reference original post, then I suggested a simple graphic made in any image software like MS paint.

@gravax @alexis_roussel Play Integrity API permits a device with no updates for 10 years but not a heavily privacy/security hardened mobile OS based on AOSP. GrapheneOS has far better exploit protections and patches. It has stronger verified boot and hardware-based attestation. Why isn't it permitted?

Others like YOTI, kID, Persona, etc. are the ones doing age verification based on selfies or ID photos - and at least some of them do far more than that.

@Cliffinkent @gnukeith You keep repeating "it's verifying you're over 18", and sure, but that's distinction without a difference. If you want to verify whether someone is over 18, you need to verify their age - now, some may get lucky and have an account that's over or almost 18 years old, but not all.

Which is exactly why I will be recommending GrapheneOS to everyone from now on, because they will not be implementing this, at all
