A BMW X5 carrying a family of four collided head-on with a truck after the driver reportedly attempted an overtake at high speed.
The 44-year-old father, his 41-year-old wife, and their sons, aged six and nine, all died at the scene.

The character in the original post is Clytemnestra not Helen. Yes she is played by the same actress as Helen but they are different characters.
She looks wild/angry like that because she is a murderess and is murdering her husband Agamemnon in that scene. This was considered a very serious crime in Ancient Greece, and is portrayed as such by Nolan, ie in a very negative light.
If you had seen the movie you would have watched the scene where Helen is shown with scars across half her face. She is mocked by her husband Menelaus (“the face that launched a 1000 ships? Maybe 500 ships”).
She in turn replies that the war was not because of her but Agamemnon’s ambition to conquer Troy.
The point being made by Nolan is that the war had nothing to do with how beautiful Helen was.

How do you punish this behaviour? Its reckless and antisocial, but prison would obviously be excessive. Our other options - community service, fines etc. - he would probably laugh off and ignore.

First thoughts on The Odyssey. There is a scene at the very beginning of the film in which, in the absence of his father, Telemachus is being trained by the blind Eumaeus, Odysseus’s loyal servant. Eumaeus warns that the reason Telemachus is constantly being bested by his sparring partner is that his defense is too quick. He must move more slowly, open his chest, invite the attack, and use his opponent’s momentum against him. In the spirit of Odysseus, deep trickery is at work in this film. Don’t let the apparent compromises fool you. The Odyssey is an absolute triumph. It is made with a profound love for the source material, filled with deep pathos: the return of the father, the elevation of the son, and the restoration of proper order despite all the sins perpetrated by the guardians of that order. It is a film about the end of one world and the beginning of another; about remembrance, return, and the perpetuation of an order after a long wandering through chaos. It’s The Odyssey.

Izvestia writes that one in five mortgages issued in Russia last year will only be fully repaid when the borrower is aged 70 to 75.
Banks are reportedly assuming many of these loans will be repaid early because Ootherwise, borrowers may have to keep working into old age or sell the property.

European countries are literally the reason they still haven't been able to develop properly. The western world absolutely abused, looted, strip mined, conducted coups to keep control in Africa for decades. They starved their population by preventing them from growing their own food and keeping them in perpetual debt. When African nations came together to elect an honest leader, western powers conducted coups and got the power back. They gave them huge loans under the guise of "aid" that came with tons of strings attached. They couldn't pay back their debt because it was only payable in dollars so they had to give up control of their resources that could've been used to increase value of their own currency.
