IRCTC does scams in Tatkal tickets. I booked two tickets through IRCTC—one during AC Tatkal time and one during normal Tatkal time. Both times I made the payment quickly. After the payment, it showed ‘Booking in progress’ and stayed like that for 20m @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia
