Your meme is misleading in a couple of ways 1) it leaves out that you can show a birth certificate and a change of name doc (ie marriage certificate) 2) the act doesn’t include notification if name is removed from voter rolls because that is covered in existing election Law - voters must be contacted and they have 2 federal election cycles to respond before they can be removed unless something like a death certificate is submitted 3) the SAVE act specifically includes states making procedures for people who can’t obtain the required documents

@Truethy1 @SaraForTexLege @FinalBossDating If Texas already has a process to sign by decree, why do we need a new process then? Sounds like we have one that works and you all just want to gum up the system.

You ignore that the SAVE act explicitly requires states to establish an **alternative process** for those without such documentary proof. Just like currently in Texas if you don’t have a valid photo id you can sign a Reasonable Impediment Decree at the polling place which states that you were unable to obtain one. Key provisions from the bill text (as seen in versions like H.R. 22 in the 119th Congress and similar earlier iterations) state: - Each state must create a process where an applicant who cannot provide the standard documentary proof may: - Sign an **attestation under penalty of perjury** affirming they are a U.S. citizen and eligible to vote. - Submit **other evidence** demonstrating U.S. citizenship to an appropriate state or local election official.

@andrebttx This is not accurate. Dallas did not use hand marked paper ballots. There were issues for both dems and Reps being told the incorrect voting location due to errors in the look up tool provided by the elections office.

For confused folks, for many cycles, Texans have had the opportunity to vote anywhere in the County. This year, the GOP County Parties in these areas insisted on paper ballots only, which means there was no joint primary agreement like previously and elsewhere.

Per the Texas Democratic Party, nearly a third of Williamson and Dallas County voters are being turned away when they try to vote due to confusion over polling locations, caused by Republicans opting not to hold countywide unified Joint Primaries.

@PolitikQuack @DawnBaggett5 @HQNewsNow That is only possible when people are assigned a specific place to vote and it is known who is allowed to vote at that location. Many states in the US allow “county wide” voting so you can vote at any polling location and some states allow 100% vote by mail

They are illegally demanding anyone prove their citizenship on demand… x.com/thejfreakinc/s…
Jesus Freakin Congress@TheJFreakinC

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents illegally demand a woman prove her citizenship, then lie about having a warrant for someone connected to her home, and refuse to show it, in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In the video, ICE agents confront a woman outside her home and demand she hand over her ID to “prove” she is a U.S. citizen, something they have no legal authority to require without reasonable suspicion of a specific crime. She asks why they need her ID. They tell her they have a “target” who lives at the address. So she asks, “Who is the target?” An agent responds, “We have to make sure you aren’t our target,” then immediately asks, “Do you live at this address?” She says yes. The person filming points out the obvious and tells her she should call 911, because she already stated she’s a citizen and ICE has no jurisdiction over U.S. citizens. That’s when the agent says, “She never said she was a citizen. Calm down.” The woman corrects him. She clearly states she is a citizen, and explains they never asked her about her status, they just demanded ID, which again, is not legal. The agent repeats himself, claiming they have a target connected to the home and want to make sure she isn’t that person. She then asks the only question that matters: “Do you have a warrant?” An agent says, “Yes, we have a warrant for their arrest.” She asks to see it. They refuse. Instead, the agent says, “I’ve got to make sure you are the person.” That’s still not how warrants work. If ICE actually had a valid warrant, they would already know who they were looking for, would not be guessing, and would be legally required to present it on request. Standing outside a home doesn’t change that. You don’t have to identify yourself just so federal agents can decide whether their claimed warrant applies to you. This is a textbook ICE intimidation tactic… demand ID, lie about warrants, deny proof, and hope people don’t know their rights. ICE/Border Patrol agents are harassing U.S. citizens in their own neighborhood, fishing for consent they are not entitled to. And this is how rights get erased, not all at once, but slowly, through lies, pressure, and people being told to “calm down.”

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents pulled guns on a car full of legal observers, saying they needed to “ID” them TODAY, because agents claim they had guns YESTERDAY. Read that again. Agents openly admit this stop had nothing to do with anything happening now, but with something they claim happened the day before. That sounds a lot like U.S. citizens being stopped and detained for exercising their First Amendment rights, while agents catalog people they believe exercise their Second Amendment rights, into their database. A database that, allegedly, included Alex Pretti. In the video, agents surround a car of U.S. citizens who were legally observing law enforcement activity this morning in Minneapolis. Multiple agents have their weapons drawn… guns turned sideways… pointed directly at a car full of U.S. citizens, ordering everyone out of the vehicle. Not just the driver. Every single person in the car, including people in the back seat. This was a full-vehicle detention of legal observers, at gunpoint, with no immediate threat, and no lawful basis. That alone is an excessive and illegal use of force. The agents then demand that the people filming produce press credentials, further confirming that agents are illegally denying people their First Amendment rights to observe and record law enforcement activity… Because press credentials are not required to film police. They never have been. And then, at the very end of the video, the justification for the illegal detainment finally slips out. An agent admits the stop happened because YESTERDAY they claim these same people “threatened” agents with handguns. Then the agent’s story changes… The agent says, “they pulled them out, trying to engage us.” A member of the press asks, “Pulling out literal guns?” Then agent’s story changes AGAIN… “No. Assuming that we were going to do something.” So, no guns were actually pulled, and no threats were actually made. The “threat” was that people disclosed they were armed… which is exactly what concealed carry holders are trained to do when law enforcement engages with you. And then the agent finally admits what this stop is really about. Saying, “That’s why they are being IDed right now.” So TODAY, agents illegally stopped a car full of legal observers, at gunpoint, to illegally identify and catalog U.S. citizens… Because YESTERDAY, those citizens lawfully exercised their Second Amendment rights. If this doesn’t set off blaring alarm bells for the NRA and anyone who claims to be “pro–Second Amendment,” nothing should. ICE/Border Patrol agents just used guns, intimidation, and an illegal detention to punish U.S. citizens, after the fact, for lawful gun ownership. That is government retaliation. And it’s exactly what the Second Amendment was supposed to protect people from.

I'm going to give you an honest answer, with as little snark as I can handle. "Hispanics" who are part of ICE are actually American citizens. They either immigrated legally, or were born here. Because they are Americans, they hate illegal immigrants. See, here in America, the battle lines aren't racial like they try and make you think. They are much simpler. > People that want to destroy America with Communism. > People that love America and want to try and save it. You have Black, white, Hispanic, Jewish, yellow, orange, and green with purple polka-dotted people on both sides of this simple line. The people that want to destroy America with communism use racial lines to try and fool others that america is a "bad" place.

A little less than it cost to have the national guard stand around the capitol for 6 months after J6 for no actual threat. The cost of deploying the National Guard to patrol and secure the U.S. Capitol for 6 months following the 4hr January 6, 2021, protest was approximately **$521 million**.

CBO confirms it: Trump’s National Guard deployment cost taxpayers $500M in 2025 and will exceed $1B in 2026. This is money that should be going to healthcare, housing, and real public safety, not political intimidation and military theatrics. If Trump wants to talk about affordability, he should start by stopping the waste of billions in taxpayer dollars.

Fulton County has been ignoring /fighting court ordered subpoenas even to their own State board of Elections (SBOE). There has been admission after admission in the SBOE hearings of wrongdoing. History of the subpoenas/cases ### 1. **Georgia State Election Board (SEB) Subpoena for 2020 Election Records (October 2024 - Present)** - **Details**: In October 2024, the SEB voted 3-2 to subpoena all 2020 election records from Fulton County, including ballots and related materials, after the county opted for its own monitoring team instead of cooperating with state-appointed monitors. This followed earlier disputes over election procedures. - **Court Involvement**: Fulton County filed a petition to quash the subpoena. On December 20, 2025, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney denied the quash petition, ruling that the county must comply and produce the records. A separate ruling on December 23, 2025, by another judge cleared the path for the SEB to access the ballots and records. - **Alleged Ignoring/Status**: Critics claim Fulton County has been resisting for over a year, including fighting to withhold scanned ballot images. As of now, the county has not fully complied, leading to ongoing frustration from SEB members, who have threatened to remove the elections director if non-compliance continues. However, the recent denial of the quash means production is now mandated, though delays could stem from appeals. ### 2. **U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Lawsuit for 2020 Ballots (December 2025 - Present)** - **Details**: On December 12, 2025, the DOJ filed a lawsuit in federal court in Atlanta against Fulton County, seeking immediate access to 2020 presidential election ballots and related records. The suit demands production within five days of a court order and comes amid broader investigations into election integrity claims. - **Court Involvement**: The lawsuit is active, with the DOJ arguing that access is necessary for federal oversight. This follows the dismissal of a separate Fulton County election interference case against former President Trump. - **Alleged Ignoring/Status**: Some reports and commentators suggest Fulton County has blocked or delayed access, with one X post claiming a "leftist judge blocked them from having to turn over the ballot results to the DOJ" and that the case is effectively "dead." However, mainstream outlets indicate the suit is proceeding, and no final ruling has dismissed it yet. On January 28, 2026 (today), the FBI executed a court-authorized search warrant at Fulton County's main elections office in Union City, which sources confirm is related to obtaining these records. This suggests enforcement is underway, potentially resolving prior resistance. ### 3. **VoterGA Lawsuit for Access to 2020 Ballots (Ongoing Since 2021)** - **Details**: Election integrity group VoterGA has pursued a multi-year lawsuit seeking production of 2020 ballots from Fulton County, alleging irregularities. - **Court Involvement**: Multiple hearings have been scheduled and canceled, with VoterGA claiming this is the third cancellation in four months as of October 2025. Georgia judges have reportedly blocked access repeatedly, prompting calls for DOJ intervention. - **Alleged Ignoring/Status**: VoterGA and supporters accuse Fulton County and judges of stalling, effectively ignoring demands for transparency. The case remains unresolved, with no full production of ballots reported. ### Additional Context and Broader Allegations - Fulton County has admitted to procedural lapses in 2020, such as verifying over 315,000 votes without required poll worker signatures on tabulator tapes, which violates state regulations.
