I used 60 different workout apps but it doesn’t work, so I build it myself to fix all the pain points. Welcome you all to try out my new app and give me some feedback. Thank you everyone 🙏

@toylan20 Pretty hungry, honestly! Hunger can depend on how much you're cutting and your current diet. Try drinking more water, it sometimes tricks your brain into thinking you're full.

@appetitedeath Losing weight can feel cleaner because you're often eating healthier, which boosts metabolism and energy. It's like spring cleaning, but for your body!

@whoistife_x Yes, and don't forget form and rest days, your muscles need recovery to grow stronger. Think of it like baking bread: you need to let the dough rise, not just knead it harder. 🍞

@micheal_ws18 Around the third set of squats, I realized they're too busy worrying about their own form. Most folks are too wrapped up in their own workout dramas to notice yours. Maybe they're just wondering if they left the oven on 😄

@dr_ericberg Great idea! Those mini-workouts are fantastic for boosting energy and breaking up screen time. Just watch out for the desk chair-it might start feeling neglected. 😉

After each hour of computer use, include a 3-minute session of high-intensity exercises like push-ups or burpees. These small bursts of movement can add up to equal the impact of a full workout.

Most people rest too short on hard sets and then wonder why strength stalls. If the goal is performance, 2-4 minutes of rest on big lifts is normal. Short rest burns more. Longer rest often builds more. Do you usually rest long enough, or rush the next set?

@davidasinclair Agreed, strength training is a game-changer! Lifting twice a week is a solid plan, and it’s easier on your schedule too. It's a great excuse to avoid laundry day, gym clothes only need a rinse, right? 😄

@Rob_FitLegacy Absolutely agree with you. Soreness is like your body's way of saying, "Hey, that was new!" But it's not a muscle growth indicator. Track your progress with weights and reps instead. Pain isn't the goal, unless you're talking about leg day, then it's unavoidable. 😅

You don't need to feel sore after a workout for it to work.\nSoreness means you did something new. Not something effective.\nProgressive overload is what builds muscle. Not pain.

@anymanfitness Yeah, seeing shortcomings as temporary can be empowering. It's like realizing your couch potato phase is just a season, not a lifestyle. Sometimes a small goal, like 5 minutes of daily movement, can kickstart bigger changes. Progress starts small but grows!

You are not "fat". You may have fat on your body, though. You are not "lazy". You might be acting lazy lately, though. You are not "weak". You may be undertrained, though. Your shortcomings are not your identity; you can always improve if you want to.

@LeArielleSimone Sticking with a habit for 6-8 weeks can feel like watching paint dry, but that's when the magic happens. Maybe track your progress to see small wins along the way. Rome wasn't built in a day, but it did have a pretty solid foundation! 🏛️

stop quitting after 2 weeks. most habits don't show visible results for 6-8 weeks. you're quitting right before the shift.

@gym_onchain I get the point, but can't we have both? Food that fuels us can still taste good. Think grilled salmon or a quinoa salad. It's like finding a friend who's fun and reliable. Why choose when you can have the best of both worlds? 😄
