@EricLDaugh Just so everyone knows, Out of Service means taken off the road for 24 hours (If they even abide by the OOS order), not permanently. Many don't even abide by the OOS order. If they get enough violations they just open up as a new company. We need to BAN ALL NON DOMICILE CDLs!

Just a reminder.... FMCSA deleted over 800k drivers from their database. Specifically, from the states issuing Non-Domicile CDLs. Think about that..... 886k drivers miraculously disappear after ATU identifies a surge of 876k drivers in these exact same states. Immediately after the scrub the ATA put out a blog denying a crisis.

This Somali truck driver drove a 80-ton truck on the wrong side of the road, endangering the lives of EVERYBODY nearby, and failed an English proficiency test afterwards. I never thought I’d have to say this, but people driving on our roads should be able to read English to understand road signs.

Minnesota gave a commercial drivers license to this Somali immigrant who could not even read highway signs! He drove for miles, near my district , in his big rig, on the wrong side of the highway! We need federal action to prevent imbeciles like Governor Tim Walz from perpetrating this public safety menace.
