Governors, ministers, local government chairmen, and every public office holder entrusted with resources and responsibility must also answer for their actions. The President allocates funds, but what happens after those funds are received matters just as much. Too often, we focus on one office and ignore the many others whose decisions directly affect our daily lives. Accountability must not stop at the top. It must reach every level of government.
