@UGG you have to do better. I bought some Ugg boot back in December and they look like they are a year old. Very disappointed with my purchase. One month look how they look

@UGG Terrible customer service and rewards program. I made a gift purchase using my $20 rewards and the recipient wanted a different color in the same item. Ugg did not process the exchange and would not reissue my rewards for a new purchase. Terrible way to treat customers.

Do not order from @ugg uk!! Absolute disgusting company. Delivery never came. They went from saying the parcel was left at the door (which it wasn’t) to then saying it was signed for. I have provided proof of my signature to prove it’s been forged and they still won’t refund me!!

Always having problem with UPS. We are working at home.However UPS could never handled our parcels. This is 4th time in last two weeks that they left it directy to access point which is far from home.Please work with other carriers. @UGG @UPS @RalphLauren @USAVINTAGESTORE

@UGG I purchased these for my daughter, and unfortunately, this issue occurred after she had only worn them a couple of times. Since November 16th, I have been attempting to contact customer service to resolve this, but I have not yet received a satisfactory resolution

@UGG emailed your customer services regarding faulty Uggs, no reply from them. They are u wearable and leaking water ??? No receipt as they were a gift but surely the authentication can be verified from the boot itself. Really really disappointing
