@UGG Terrible customer service and rewards program. I made a gift purchase using my $20 rewards and the recipient wanted a different color in the same item. Ugg did not process the exchange and would not reissue my rewards for a new purchase. Terrible way to treat customers.

Do not order from @ugg uk!! Absolute disgusting company. Delivery never came. They went from saying the parcel was left at the door (which it wasn’t) to then saying it was signed for. I have provided proof of my signature to prove it’s been forged and they still won’t refund me!!

I’m so irritated, I wore my sunburst Uggs 1 time, then they ripped straight up the middle the second time I tried to wear them! 😡 @UGG really won’t offer any type of repair options 😒

@UGG emailed your customer services regarding faulty Uggs, no reply from them. They are u wearable and leaking water ??? No receipt as they were a gift but surely the authentication can be verified from the boot itself. Really really disappointing
