Dr. Ankita Leekha from the @UH_NVLab led the development of NanoSTING 🦂, a nanoparticle formulation of the endogenous STING agonist, 2′−3′ cGAMP, to function as an immune activator and demonstrated its safety in mice and rats. 🐁 🐀 More here: go.nature.com/4bUds0j

Many congratulations to our Dr. Sunil Acharya @sunilacharya13 for his exciting research on CD70-targeting CAR NK cells, published in Cancer Discovery! Sunil and his co-authors showed that the incorporation of CD28 costimulation, which is normally absent in NK cells, in the CAR construct improves efficacy of CAR NK cells via the LCK/CD3ζ/ZAP70 pathway.
