According to Rodil, Diosdado Cabello, one of the Maduro regime's most powerful figures, served as Venezuela's Minister of Communication when Smartmatic received the government concession to build the country's election system. Rodil also claims Cabello's cousin played a key technical role in developing that voting infrastructure through Venezuela's National Electoral Council. He says that technology later moved through Sequoia Voting Systems before portions of the business were ultimately acquired by Dominion Voting Systems. But Rodil says that's only part of the story. "There are other elements that I am aware of that I will not be able to talk about publicly because they are part of a criminal investigation." Rodil says he's been assisting U.S. authorities in a private capacity and believes additional evidence could become public in the coming weeks or months if indictments are issued.
