@GaryCardone I think we need to be trusting actions, not words here... This is a horribly insensitive tweet, but the entire reason we're in Iran in the first place is to give the people back the freedom they deserve and to prevent a corrupt regime from building nukes...

Most certainly not what I voted for or intended for when I donated 12.8 bitcoin to Trump's team. I tried, I put my energy behind a wrecking ball to drain the swamp, to stop war, my intentions were good, if not naive and childish to think after 65 years the corrupt american political system could be dismantled. I am left with the decision to never again support political ambitions of anyone, I distrust all professional politicians and the toilet bowl they created and encourage as an incubator for professional politicians. I am and shall seek out and align with those who are freedom fighters, who believe in peace, in humanity, in the the right for others to live freely, openly, and creatively as communities who are not repressed or oppressed by any government or body. I build around me a massive community of champions, of hero's, those who choose to use their voice irrespective of the attacks that come from speaking the truth for the betterment of humanity. Who wants to join? The Right Thing to Do is the Right Thin, irrespective of how convenient it may or may not be. Stand up, Voice up, Man up; this is your defining moment we should all be judged on. Do I / you choose to; 'go along to get along', or 'fight back against insanity, traps, corruption, enslavement, oppression, surveilance and stand up like a man and fight those that enslave humanty" Our species requires it of you.

🚨🚨WAR CRIME ALERT!!🚨🚨- Trump on Iran: "A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. The definition of genocide is destroying an entire civilization/people! Trump literally sounds like an unhinged super villain from a Marvel comic movie. This IS NOT WHAT WE VOTED FOR!!!

Hello @TaylorLorenz, I'm not sure why a Professional Journalist™ such as yourself is relying on uneducated TikTokers to do your research for you, but both of you seem to be confused. No sweat! Taxes are complicated, and since you've clearly never filed any yourself, let me help you both out here! The creator is incorrectly saying that this is an "old document" that hasn't been "updated"(???). That's because we actually file different tax documents for different years! The numbers from one year to the next could change completely! For example: Let's say I earned $500 in 2020, and then I earned $600 in 2021. That doesn't mean my 2020 form that says I earned $500 is incorrect, that's just what my tax return said for 2020 because that's what I earned for 2020! Let me know if I can help you out anymore, otherwise I think investopedia has some really good articles on basic tax and finance that could really help you out!
Taylor Lorenz@TaylorLorenz

@TheOmniLiberal I really encourage people in the meantime to go watch the TikTokers who debunked this ridiculous claim A YEAR AGO.

Hey @TaylorLorenz, I know finance and business (and research in general) isn't your strongsuit, so let me help you out a little bit. No one is claiming "financial fraud", just that your definition of "dark money" is arbitrary, and you seem to have no understanding for how any of these entities are structured. Let me give you an example of how silly your claim is: You keep claiming that the Omidyar Network is solely funded by a single person, Pierre Omidyar. This is half-true, in that the the Omidyar Network Fund receives money from the Pierre Omidyar Trust. However, that Trust is, by your own (and any) definition, "dark money," because we have zero insight into who's money goes into it and what that Trust holds. Here's an example of how silly this game is: You claim (well, you make a variety of claims, mainly due to your ignorance about the structure of these businesses and your lack of familiarity with non-profits, but that's okay, they're confusing, and I wouldn't expect you to let any research get in the way of a good headline!) that Chorus was receiving dark money from the Sixteen Thirty Fund. However, the Sixteen Thirty Fund does not fund Chorus, it only works as a fiscal sponsor processing payments and administrative cost while giving them 501(c)(4) status until they register it on their own (which they now have). For an extra bit of irony, though, you claim that your journalist program was funded solely via that Omidyar Network Fund, which is a 501(c)(3) and reports all of its contributors. However! I believe you claim you were compensated around $45k from their reporter program? Guess who donated about $45k to the Omidyar Network Services LLC, part of the Omidyar Network Fund, in 2022? That's right, the Sixteen Thirty Fund! Good luck on your future articles! You can email me if you ever need to research for your stories, since you can't seem to bring yourself to do any reading on your own.

Faced w irrefutable info proving him wrong, DGG fans are now claiming that Omidyar is committing financial fraud & lying on this disclosure so that he, a billionaire known for funding journalism projects, can secretly accept outside $ to fund a non-partisan journalism fellowship

Just spoke to President Trump and congratulated him on another successful combat mission eradicating one of the world’s most evil Islamic terrorists! I told President Trump he has made the United States proud as the 47th President ending 47 years of Iranian terror and freeing the Iranian people from 47 years of Islamic oppression. I also told him everyone who loves America and hates terrorism is cheering for him and celebrating today, with the exception of the Woke Reich, Tucker Qatarlson, Thomas Massie, Marjorie Traitor Greene and the communist Democrats. We should all be cheering for America and President Trump today and everyday! He’s a hero, and he makes our country proud. 🇺🇸 President Trump makes me so proud to be an American! I am so PROUD I get to say I had the honor of voting for Donald Trump. We will never have another President this incredible or impactful. So I’m enjoying every moment we have Donald Trump. He has made the world a safer place. Thank you, @POTUS! 🇺🇸

As always I only support military action anywhere, in any context, if it directly serves the interests of American citizens. It’s troubling that the arguments we’re hearing for this war in Iran, including from Trump himself, seem to revolve primarily around “bringing freedom to the Iranian people.” As Americans, the freedom of Iranians is not our responsibility. If a single American life is lost in the service of that goal, it will be a travesty. What nobody has even come close to sufficiently explaining is how this war will first and foremost directly benefit American citizens. That is a case that needed to have been made clearly and convincingly before this move, and it wasn’t. We’re also told how this will benefit Israel, and I’m sure it will. But Israel is not America. What does it do for America? How does it help us? That needs to be explained to us. And it isn’t “panicking” or demonstrating “disloyalty” to demand those very basic answers about how American tax money, and potentially American lives, are being spent. We hear about the danger of a nuclear Iran, but that’s odd because we were told that Iran’s nuclear capabilities had already been set back decades. We hear that this war will be over quickly and easily because Iran is powerless, which I hope and pray is the case, and maybe it will be. But that’s odd, too, because if Iran is such a paper tiger then how were they a danger to us in the first place? It seems hard to argue both that Iran is an existential threat to the United States and that we can topple them in 20 minutes with no casualties or negative downstream effects. Also the political calculation really matters here. A huge majority of American oppose this. That’s just a fact. If it costs Republicans in 26 and 28, then, no matter how things work out in Iran, it will not have been worth it. A free Iran at the cost of Democrat rule here at home is a bad deal. A free Iran for an unfree America would be just about the worst trade of the century. I’m praying for our great country today.
