@ox_based @ChefGruel for all of you people bitching saying this is just inflation.. no.. it isn't. In 2013 I had a job for $14/hr as a skilled repairman while I was in college. Inflation adjusted backwards it is like throwing 17.77 at a 18 year old in 2013. It would be double minimum wage in 2005.

Without fail, our 18 year old team members always tell us we messed up on payroll after their first paycheck. “I am supposed to be making $22 per hour but the net amount seems much lower” - Their world is shattered when we tell them about taxes.
