Maybe just read before you type. Never said he JUST reached challenger. Just said he did at some point.

Magifelix reached Challenger ONLY playing one game on each champion. Looks like he's now going for Rank 1 with the same strategy. The craziest thing? He reached Challenger BEFORE he'd even played every champion. If he hits Rank 1 doing this then god save us all.
