From her teens , through to old age , many woman in sport, will have monthly bleeding, spend years building her strength back from childbirth, breastfeeding, loss of estrogen, osteoporosis to be competitive again! Women training with men is often done in good spirit by men to develop women’s skills and strength, not the other way around!
