@DLoCorrea @upRootNutrition You support farmers committing genocide in monoculture fields and you are willing to slit a humans but you won’t eat meat? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
English

@90Based37722 @ant_rants @upRootNutrition I bet he would destroy you in a debate. And I bet he is seeing a family smarter. Just on the hunch... But I would definitely bet on it.
English

@ant_rants @upRootNutrition His vegan diet doesn’t give him enough cognitive function to muster a decent reply.
English

@upRootNutrition Who cares what you think?
English

@LacksClass @upRootNutrition Interesting, I've interviewed over 600 random different vegans and none of them look like that. I bet most if not all of them probably look better than you. And healthier, and a lot of them stronger than you'll ever be and definitely smarter.
English

@upRootNutrition Most vegans look like Voldemort, pale and sickly. We are carnivorous monkeys. Stop limiting yourself and embrace humanity. Nothing kills more animal life than grain and vegetable farming.

@SBakerMD Vegan is most amazing, the only thing amazing about eating animals is how stupid it is, and how gullible people are for following people like Baker.

Amazing, I have interviewed lots of people who've accomplished the same thing on a well-planned vegan diet which is corroborated by science for long-term benefits with reducing many other chronic diseases in the long run. Furthermore, a well-planned vegan diet is the only way of eating that also doesn't support violent jobs needlessly that artificially inseminates animals into existence only to cram them by the thousands into concentrated animal feeding operations by the thousands where they are supplemented and eventually slaughtered, and there are 20,000 plus of these cafos in the US alone that are toxic to surrounding communities, the leading cause of pesticide-laden mono crops, deforestation, desertification, aquatic dead zones, species Extinction, antibiotic resistant bacteria, deadly pathogens and zoonotic diseases that kill people, and ultimately result in a stepwise increase in chronic disease risk in the long run for the consumer with the more animal they eat. The most amazing way is a vegan way rendering every reason not to consume body parts.
English

I'm just responding to the initial post here that tends to be a dumb question when it doesn't factor in long-term health. A crackhead, a Twinkie diet, having HIV, etc can result in rapid weight loss. The best way is a well-planned vegan way of eating as it accounts for long-term health and beyond the individual.

Which diet is best to lose weight?
Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of 19 RCTs:
No clear difference between calorie-matched diets varying in carbohydrate content
It´s not the macros. It´s whatever keeps YOU full
Ok what about blood sugar? 🔽🔽

What's hard about eating legumes and grains? Barely men were able to figure it out 1800 years ago. Meat is not doing you any favors. It's just needless abuse of animals that increases your risk for chronic disease and supports the most violent jobs and gravely invasive industry on the planet. It's a lot harder for the animals than it is for you.
English

@ChristianJsays I have a vegan lifter friend. I’ve tried. Just not for me, I personally see way better results with meat. Way easier to hit the macros to. However, I have so much respect for vegan lifters, yall are badass!!!
English

@Jdp227 @ChristianJsays And those men are idiots. Now you know. Legumes and grains are easy. If barleyman could figure it out 1800 years ago then surely all modern men can figure it out for fuck sake
English

@ChristianJsays Many men don’t enjoy purely vegan protein. Meat makes getting macros in considerably easier. Hope this helps.
English

@wttc_en_ru @CarnismDebunked @Gymcoachpeguy @ChristianJsays The majority of B12 supplements go to animal agriculture. Vegans just take it directly instead of through the blood and guts of an animal that was artificially inseminated into existence fool.
English

@CarnismDebunked @Gymcoachpeguy @ChristianJsays like calcium? colbat? salt? Try to focus that stupid little brain of yours
English

@Gymcoachpeguy @ChristianJsays @wttc_en_ru The only supplement vegans need is B12. And it's more natural than getting it through the blood, guts and gore of an animal that was artificially inseminated into existence and supplemented. The majority of B12 supplements go to animal Agriculture you fool.
English

@ChristianJsays @wttc_en_ru 100% of men that eat beef don’t need supplements
English

@DrSuneelDhand I know and have interviewed vegans in their '90s and even over 100. They're better to listen to because science corroborates them as well so they're not empty anecdotes. You don't sound like you have a very solid grasp on reality.
English

I have a general rule.
When I meet a very healthy appearing 90-year-old in the hospital, and I ask them what their secret is to longevity.
I LISTEN TO THEM.
I don’t doubt them, compare what they have to say to any BS medical studies, or roll my eyes if they say they don’t like medicines.
I LISTEN TO THEM.

A well-planned vegan way of eating effortlessly achieves the perfect weight while reducing risk for chronic disease. The National Academy of Sciences recommends a macronutrient distribution range of carbohydrates that is higher on the low end than protein and fat on their high ends. And they recommend reducing saturated fat as much as possible and increasing fiber intake. And this is to reduce risk for chronic disease. And all the leading Health organizations concur. But then there's kooky ass shills pedaling outdated fad diets that get transient results and put vulnerable people at risk while having the most gravely invasive footprint.
English

@VeganLinked @Mangan150 Prehistoric man ate an almost 100% meat diet.
The only significant carb calories would have been summer/autumn when fruits and nuts ripened.
our guts are finely tuned to process meat.
English

@DoctorTro Yeah the guy died relatively Young, overweight, with heart disease, from a simple fall. Meanwhile we have doctors who've been on a well-planned vegan diet for decades longer than he was on his fad and in their '90s thriving still.
English

@60s_hippychick @ElieJarrougeMD Our closest living relatives are chimpanzees not lions or hippos. But your idiotic logic is consistent with carnitard fallacies

English

@Lunatic__Fringe @ElieJarrougeMD Or was this just fabricated? Who is the vegan cardiologist who died from a heart attack exactly?
English

@ElieJarrougeMD Is it bad that I chuckled at the irony of his vegan cardiologist dying from a heart attack?
English

Who was his vegan cardiologist that supposedly died of a heart attack? Veganism is not a diet. It is a philosophical way that seeks to avoid animal exploitation as much as possible and practicable. A well-planned vegan way of eating though is the best for health both in the short-term and long run.
