As qualified as most vaccine sceptics in epidemiology and immunology. A self proclaimed expert in “facts”. Apparently that’s how it works nowadays … 🙄🤷🏼‍♀️

@cjsnowdon Thanks for the info. It looks from the timeline of the tweets that he made up the quote about his father and the mRNA jab. Which would be a bizarre thing to do for someone who bases his arguments on data. I listen and follow you @DrAseemMalhotra. Did you make the quote up?

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy You seem to judge barristers by their clients. Your issue seems to be with people lying in court. As said, barristers cannot mislead the court so if they know their client is guilty, they cannot say they are not. But in lots of cases they will not know.

Suggesting that Judges decide verdicts in thousands of cases is Peak Starmer. Lawyer MPs recommending that other lawyers decide things under the leadership of a lawyer leader. Lawyers, lawyers, lawyers. Above ordinary people. Well, let me tell you a secret about lawyers… 🧵

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy Given your observations and criticisms of the existing system, what then is your proposal for a better justice system that ensures justice for complainants and ensures those that are wrongly accused are protected?

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy Observing cases and having an ex-partner that is a barrister doesn’t make you an expert. I haven’t said the system is perfect, but defendants have to have representation otherwise you don’t have a functioning court system.

@VexxedBeing @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy 'Annoyed'? Not really. I just choose not to follow people who are keen to tell everyone that they defend criminals. You may consider it noble, and that's entirely fine. I don't, but maybe you don't believe I'm allowed my opinion.

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy But if the evidence doesn’t prove beyond all reasonable doubt that the perpetrator did it, the jury will be directed to enter a not guilty verdict. If found guilty, they will get a heavier sentence for not pleading guilty and putting the complainant through more torment

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy Guilty people are entitled to representation. It’s a key tenet of a functioning criminal justice system otherwise complainants will never get justice. If I have a crime committed against me and I see the perpetrator, I don’t need a jury to tell me that.

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy But thinking someone is guilty isn’t the same as knowing they are guilty - surely you understand that? And even if they are guilty they are entitled to representation. It’s a key part of a functioning justice system otherwise there isn’t a fair trial.

@NemesisDivina5 @SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy If criminals are not represented in court, how does the claimant ever get justice? You can represent a criminal you know to be guilty, you just cannot mislead the court. But in lots of cases the barrister won’t know. They might suspect their guilt but that is v different

@SJCrowtherOWHM @Joanna__Hardy An interesting response, given that barristers are not supposed to represent criminals they know to be guilty of the the most recent crime they've been charged with.

@santanderuk @TSB Banking is changing but you still need to provide appropriate ways for customers to pay in money in an expedient way. 20mins waiting in a branch in London that wasn’t even that busy is not progress

@IanCopeland5 A lot of doctors and medical professionals credibility are down the drain. Tainted with pharma bonuses, tainted with safe and effective while people are still getting sick, tainted by coercion, tainted by denial if they don't take your vaccines. Credibility gone!

@sales_belinda @riffraff0808 Just because you cut and paste doesn’t mean it’s true. I’ve worked with many barristers and know for a fact that cases like these are chosen by specialist barristers.

@DavidJPIatt @LisaBritton It’s exactly your view which is part of the problem. You want to protect women and children but from what? I don’t see you making the same case against your Kyle Cliffords, your Wayne Couzens, your David Carricks etc. Almost like it isn’t about protecting women and children

The Prime Minister of the UK was advised by a screenwriter of the fictional Netflix series “Adolescence” to develop their new plan to teach boys in schools not to become misogynists 😑 Thoughts?
