@VicChing @O2 @virginmedia 4 looks unlikely. It’s certainly frustrating but the mental health remains intact. For now. Good luck on the refund. Needs to be out for two working days first. And then they will make up excuses.

@virginmedia, this outage has been more than half a day and I am deeply disappointed by this service and the inconvenience caused. It’s caused much frustration to all affected customers. And the unstable service is down a few times every month, can u learn to improve?
