@asda @AsdaServiceTeam Hello, I was in store last Saturday and my order was charged twice due to the card reader crashing. I was told it would be back within my bank within 2 hours. It is now the 5th day and it is still sat in my pending. How can I get my money back?

@AsdaServiceTeam I am appalled by the response I have received. I called your customer service, she was rude and told me I had to go to the store. I explained I have covid so have to isolate until 28th. I need my money back in order to complete a food shop. You took my money twice but not helping
