Great to see this out, congrats @Vignesh_Shan! I had a lot of fun thinking about Hodgkin lymphoma during my rotation with you at the start of grad school.

6/ Critically, our genetic loss-of-function studies were phenocopied pharmacologically using monoclonal antibodies already FDA-approved for atopic dermatitis! Together, our work provides a biological rationale for testing IL13–directed therapies in Hodgkin lymphoma and a general framework for defining microenvironmental dependencies in cancer.
