We finally launched the Pi-Cast KVM project, a compact device that enables you to control other devices featuring HDMI and USB inputs — such as laptops, PCs, servers, and single-board computers — using your iPad, laptop, PC, or smartphone, without needing a traditional keyboard, mouse, or monitor. Additionally, it offers remote access capabilities, allowing you to manage your devices from any location at any time. It's powered by PiKVM, the open-source software. But we take it a little further by open source the hardware schematic. Just received the first SMT PCB of the Raspberry Pi RTL-SDR/LoRa/GPS/RTC Hat from JLCPCB, and everything works like a charm. I even implemented the GPS PPS indicator as @geerlingguy suggested. I can think of some fun use cases with it, like using an RTL-SDR to listen in on emergency broadcasts, converting the audio to text, and broadcasting it over LoRa to a public Meshtastic or Meshcore channel. If you have better ideas, drop a comment and let me know! Maybe a perfect hat for the #DragonOs when using with Raspberry Pi. @DustinFinn @cemaxecuter If you want to be notified when we go live or join our beta testing program, just fill out the form below. forms.gle/Ga1a9vz9NUw9rt…

@VileerDeng @geerlingguy Is there any way you propose different version with two R860+RTL2832U sync on the same clock to use it as a passive radar? (one as the reference reading the source, and one to detect reflextion)

@virendermvs @geerlingguy I ordered the R860 from the official distributor of RafaelMicro in China, and the RTL2832U from local electronics supplier. For the R860, you have to order one pack(4900pcs).

@devnulling @geerlingguy Just like other RTL-SDRs, the maximum bandwidth is 3.2 MHz, but 2.4 MHz for stable operation.

@geerlingguy I wouldn’t mind if it won’t get fired when you plug FireWire into it.

@VileerDeng That's a fun looking HAT! I promise not to plug FireWire into it.

@VileerDeng outdated (I got address not found errors). Could you please DM me or share a current email so we can sort this out? Lots of people have questions about your products and I’d love to get them answered. It’s important and time-sensitive

@kmcnam1 You can still use the old AIO board with the custom adapter board and NVMe battery board with missing the new features like RJ45 ethernet and USB 3.0.

This expansion card required the custom adapter board which is also required by the NVMe battery board. And it will take place of the AIO board. But the will be a new version of the AIO board by changing the USB-A to the RJ45 Ethernet. The new AIO board will include a FPC to USB3.0 adapter so you can connect the USB 3.0 devices inside the uConsole.

Now NVMe is an option for you uConsole. RPI Boot, PWM Fan and CSI camera also work. May test the USB 3.0 and the RJ45 Ethernet once I finished the new expansion board. @DustinFinn @cemaxecuter @SirhaXalot_ @kmcnam1
